About Jeff

Jeff is a business professional with extensive experience in business coaching, leadership training and development and staff engagement programs in London, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Melbourne. He is passionate about business, having been Chairman, Managing Director, and Chief Executive of various organisations from SMEs to listed companies. His entrepreneurial spirit led him into the computer industry in the “glory days” including being appointed as the Managing Director of DELL Computer during its launch phase in Australia in the 1990s. In May 2020 he moved his family to the Central Coast of NSW. He is currently the Executive Director of the Calidus Group, a new entrant into the Australian recruitment industry. He launched this business with his son, Jesse, twelve months before COVID-19 struck. In the recruitment industry Jeff sees the opportunity to engage great candidates with great employers. Ultimately, Jeff seeks to support his candidates and business owners to transform and grow.
