Jesse is the founder of Calidus (pronounced kal-li-dus) Recruitment which he launched in May 2019 after highly successful careers as an employee in sales, real estate, and the recruitment industry. Early in his career he learned the value of forming both long-term and valued partnerships and how to successfully negotiate the best outcome for his clients.
Jesse is passionate about enhancing the lives of everyone he supports on their career journey. His mission is to change the way recruitment and recruiters are traditionally perceived, by providing a world class service to his clients and candidates.
Having experience as a generalist recruiter spanning many industries, he chose to specialise in the recruitment of Human Resources professionals due to a passion for the industry and a believer in the positive impact HR has in the workplace. He is an advocate for supporting happy, healthy and well balanced workplaces.
